Bissel makes a big deal out of all the accessories and ease of use, but they are so hard to use because of the short hose. You can't use crevice or pet nozzle more than 1 foot away without the vacuum falling over. It is really a 2 person job, 1 to vac and 1 to hold vac in place. What is needed is an extension hose so you can go farther from vac. It is so annoying when trying to clean and having the vac fall over or keep banging into you.
Also, mine keeps spitting out clumps of cat fur. Somehow fur gets caught in an area that it can't be sucked up, then spits it out when it gets too much.

I love the lemon and eucalyptus smell! Leaves my floors clean and house smelling good!
