I am not entirely sure I like this cleaner. It does seem to be balanced for wood floors but I'm not sure it helps clean with any more efficacy than the water I've been using. It is better about leaving less streaks in the semi gloss finish when you look into the sun so I could be wrong. I do enjoy the light smell which speaks most to me. My wife seems to disagree but I do the cleaning so she lets me win that debate.

I absolutely love this crosswave but I am now on my 3rd fresh water tank bc it just falls apart…. Hopefully the newer ones don't have that issue

This is the ONLY cleaner we use to removed odor and stains. We have 9 cats and a senior dog so lots of accidents happen and no other product has removed the even hard to get up vomit stains and even the occasional urine marking. We use daily in our litter boxes to wipe the areas urine or feces has come in contact to the plastic. It helps keep the boxes fresh between scrubbing.
If I had to make one complaint It would be that I do not believe the product is cruelty free. I would love assurance that it's not tested on animals In a lab as I am a lover of all animals
