Bought this cordless Bisselldiscount vacuum from HSN, watched the demonstration on HSN and bought it. When I received it and charged it for the first time it took only one hour well, the second charge is forever…. The demonstator on HSN, I guess forgot to tell everyone how long the charge would be for, ONLY 12 MINUTE CHARGE. It wasn’t even in the instructions. I found out on the internet that it only holds a 12 minute charge and then have to charge it for 2.5 to 3.5 hours, FOR A 12 MINUTE USE OF THIS VACUUM, COME ON, THE SUCTION IS NOT NEAR WHAT THE DEMO ON HSN WAS SHOWN, THE SUCTION DEMO ON HSN WAS UNBELIEVEABLE, PICKED UP EVERYTHING AND SO POWERFUL, BUT WHEN I GOT MINE NOT EVEN CLOSE. DON’T WANT IT AND SENDING IT BACK.

Bought this to keep by the back door to vacuum up the leaves the dog drags in from outside. The charging cord is tiny and must be plugged directly into the device, so you can’t easily doc the vacuum and it’s not powerful enough to suck up tiny leaves from the rug. Too late to return but purchasing another device.

Had this vacuum for about a year, used it maybe 10-15 times. Battery is only good for 5-7min on full charge. But even on full charge it only ‘suction’ on hard surface without attachments, if you add the extension youre not able to vacuum anything. On carpets and cloth it simply doesnt ‘suction’ in any configuration.
On top of all that it doesnt wanna charge anymore, like 19/20 times. It will start charging and then stop after 2min and then you have to plug/unplug about 20 times before it starts again for another 2min of charging.
It comes with a usb cable but not with the adapter which is a not a big deal but also lame.
Power button is in a wrong spot so once you get a chance to use it after spending 6hr trying to charge it, you will end up pressing it during work which becomes very annoying.

I’m honestly flabbergasted how this received such high reviews. There are huge flaws in the design.
1. The charging port is in an awkward spot, which would be so bad except that the cable they send it with is only 12″ long. You have to plug the charger in each time, unlike other handhelds that allow you to keep the charger plugged into a base. The base of this one is mostly useless.
2. The capacity is tiny. I constantly have to empty it, more than you would even expect because if the canister is even midway full, the suction is poor.
3. The fan is *directly above* where the nozzle is, which means it blows little things out of the way while you’re trying to vacuum. Literally, the fan blows away what you’re trying to vacuum. Awful design.
We have a Bisselldiscount upright and mop vac and they are both very good products. This is utterly disappointing and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I have owned a turbo slim hard vacuum for three years. I use it daily, great for small jobs and there tons of them : salt spill on my kitchen counter, to suck up the dust that i cant pick up with dust pan, to use around my my favorite chair, to dust off my floor boards, window sills, and do much more, Granted its for small jobs.
