My AirRam Cordless vacuum (1984, 2144 series) is less than a year old. It is excellent at doing the job of vacuuming. Excellent. However, emptying the dirt tank and cleaning the filter is awkward and very sooty and dirty. I never dealt with this when emptying the plastic cup on my previous Dirt Devil Quick Lite., but it didn’t have this filter. (No pets)

Great little vacuum for maintenance. Nice to just pull it out and zip around the kitchen on the hard floor and the big throw carpet. I have sold industrial vacuums and commercial grade vacuums in conjunction with the large ride-on sweeper / scrubbers. I have sold the best, which include the NSS Pig and the Windsor line of Commercial Uprights which are the premier mainstay vacuums in the hotel industry. I even bought my demo units and still have them from when I worked for those companies. Part of my duties was to train hotel staff when they replaced their fleet or opened a new hotel. I only am telling you this because I have been selling machines for over 30 years and in this category I kind of know what I am talking about. I work for an agricultural equipment company and we were next to the Bisselldiscount booth in 2019 at the American Rental Association. I liked the AirRam and purchased one. I even told my manager he should buy one for his condo. My first AirRam from that show still runs but the battery only lasts a few minutes; so, it has been relegated to our 2nd floor bedrooms for a couple small throw rugs. The other reason I mentioned my prior experience and my dual motor upright Windsor Versamatic is that it is an awesome piece of equipment. BUT, it is corded and inconvenient to pull out to just get a few bits of debris from making dinner, etc. The AirRam is quick, easy, convenient, and does a great job vacuuming. We still use the Versamatic for deep cleaning occasionally and to vacuum the edges and corners. I don’t normally review any products, usually just mom and pop restaurants and hotels/motels that are superb enough to deserve the mention. This little vacuum does deserve it’s due and 5 stars. One more thing – 3 of my adult children that have since moved out have small battery powered vacs that are competitors of the AirRam (mainly because the other brands they have use batteries that run other products). They all wish their vacs performed like the AirRam.

Everyone in the house (4). Love this vacuum, light, easy to use, battery lasts, brush works great lifting rug pile. I will tell you the only flaw. The handle would come off. SIMPLE FIX, The Plastic pin that snaps into the base needed to have the plastic seam scraped to remove the very small ridge left by the manufacturing prosses to lock in better. I Used a knife scraping off the seam easy!!! WE use it for everything in the house. chairs, stairs, mattress, rug, hard wood floors etc.

I use this vacuum for everyday general cleaning. The battery LASTS A LONG TIME! With my old cordless vacuum I barely got one room done before it had to be recharged. With the AirRam I can do my entire home on one charge. It is also easy to clean and the canister is large enough to hold debris from several rooms.
