Hello! I bought this in October of 2022, I really love this Bisselldiscount vacuum cleaner. It’s lightweight and picks up just as much as my $600 leading competitor. I really love the triple action brush roll as it doesn’t scatter a whole lot of dirt when used on my hardwood floors. However, I do have some suggestions on how to improve. I would love an LED headlight on the front, it would come in handy when vacuuming under beds, chairs, and spaces where light is limited. I would also love if Bisselldiscount would bring back the “wand” style hoses, I really loved those! Last, It would be awesome if Bisselldiscount added a scatter guard at the bottom of this unit. It would help make vacuuming hard floors a bit easier. Overall, I would recommend this product!

Very nice vacuum for the price! Had a Hoover wind tunnel and it did not last very long so decided to go with Bissel. We like the bagged versus the bag less (just my preference) and all the attachments that come with it. Time will tell but so far she loves it. Very light design and plenty of suction no complaints.

I really do love this Bisselldiscount vacuum cleaner! It is great on my carpet as well as my vinyl “wood” flooring, and with the triple action brush roll I have little to no debris flying back at me when cleaning bare floors. It has a 27 foot cord which I love and makes cleaning from room-to-room quicker and easier than having to constantly change outlets. I also really love the onboard dusting brush which comes in handy to use while doing a quick dust off of furniture, as well as turbo tool which is great for getting dog hair off of furniture and dog beds. The flexible crevice tool really comes in handy when cleaning out my dryer vents, whereas a normal crevice tool wouldn’t be able to flex down into that hard to reach area. However, I wish the brush roll would shut off when in the upright position, I have had to DIY repair the cord w/ electrical tape from the brush roll “eating” the cord when in the upright position. I would also really love an LED headlight on the front which can make vacuuming in not so well lit areas easier! Overall though, I would recommend this vacuum cleaner!!

Stops spinning as soon as it touches the carpet, have to leave it on highest setting even on short carpet . Collects fur all around the brush and belt area, they should be ashamed to say it’s a pet vac. Support offers to send a belt and brush that doesn’t fix a poor design. Machine and its parts were super easy to assemble. I have carpet and hard wood flooring-switching the brush height was no problem and worked accordingly. The suction is strong and it moves around easily. I have super sensitive hearing-most vacuums have a high pitched twine that requires me to use ear plugs, but not this one, which is nice on my sensory system. Overall happy with purchase. Love the bagged pet vacuum by Bisselldiscount. Had the purple model before this one, and have used (even slightly abused!) it for years and still runs well. Old purple vacuum now has turned into screen porch vacuum, and new green model is for the home. Really love the scented bags as it certainly helps suppress the odor of pet hair. I have two pugs who shed inordinately, and this vacuum gets the house super clean! Pet hair eraser is a nice feature for upholstery (even clothes!), cord is a good length, and vacuum is easy to handle. Love the allergen filtration as well. Haven’t used the interesting new dual ended tube attachment yet, but looks handy for certain embedded-pug-hair-everywhere conundrums. Could hardly believe that I could replace my old favorite vacuum with nearly the same model!! Way to go, Bisselldiscount!

I am a disabled senior with two GSD and a lot of hair. It’s lightweight, easy to carry up and down stairs. I use it on hardwood floors and carpet. No fuss no muss when changing the bag. For the negative reviews on how it blows dirt out the hose when using the wand. It’s the technique they are using. Read the instructions on how to use it and it’s pretty clear why they would have that issue!

The air outflow from the vacuum is on the front, so it just blows the dust/pet fur out of the way before it can be vacuumed up. Totally defeats the purpose of a vacuum. Also, it is VERY loud, to the point were I’d have to wear earplugs to use it.

I love my Bisselldiscount!!!! My last Bisselldiscount lasted for over 15 years and when it died I was not looking forward to trying to replace it. We were given a more modern style cleaner and I was so unimpressed. I just wanted a simple and lightweight vacuum that did its job!!
