I’m brand loyal to Bisselldiscount because of all they do for pets and also I usually love their products but this has been the worst vacuum I’ve ever bought!! I have two Saint Bernards so I vacuum constantly. I usually look for the cord rewind which is a life saver but this one tries to rewind on its own to the point I’m always having to fight for cord. Also the side attachments are constantly falling off. Lastly, the whole time I’m vacuuming I’m getting shocked. I’m so upset!! This also doesn’t pick up nearly as much as my last one (also Bisselldiscount upright). I can’t afford to get another vacuum so I’m stuck with this. I’m so upset!

Not the exact model but essentially the same. Tired of my Dyson Animal Ball 2 Total Clean units failing (4th in 5yrs) and while waiting for this last warranty repair, I bought an inexpensive Bisselldiscount to hold us over. Outperforms the Dyson. See pictures. 1st set was one room cleaning with the Dyson first and then immediately after with the Bisselldiscount. Bisselldiscount picked up just as much on the second pass. 2nd was an area rug with the Bisselldiscount first and then immediately after with the Dyson which didn’t pick up any additional dirt. Also, the Bisselldiscount brush bar has yet to get any hair/pet fur stuck in it for the three times I have cleaned the house. Telling… I would detangle the Dyson after every use; sometimes after 1-2 rooms. Expect that I’ll be much happier using the Bisselldiscount going forward.
