I purchased this to replace an old, heavy, wearing out vacuum. Lightweight, easy to use, with a wide cleaning path. I was skeptical about changing to bagless, but much better than I thought it would be. No dusty smell like with bags. I was appalled at the amount of dust and dirt in the canister after using it the first time on carpeting. I like that hair doesn’t get wound around the beater bar, causing more work to remove, and is sucked into the container instead. Haven’t used it on floors or with attachments yet.

Worst vaccum cleaner I ever owned! The suction is soooooo low that it cannot suck tiny crumbles on my hardwood floors! Same thing on my rugs, meaning if I really want to vacuum properly I need to use the wand which obviously makes it very time consuming.
As for the pet hair (cat) on our sofa, this vacuum cleaner is unable to suck it, not even the wand.

I was skeptical at first about this vacuum, because when I first received it, the vacuum appeared to be made of super cheap plastic. However, it seems sturdy and rugged when being used. It has a 2 year warranty so it must be made to last at least 2 years, hopefully longer!
