I thought a lightweight, cordless , quiet wet/dry vacuum sounded like a great idea. We have two small dogs, two cats, and two large fish tanks. Our wood laminate and tile floors get pretty dirty, so here’s my warning: This product is not for heavy duty jobs! You cannot control the amount of cleaning fluid that comes out (there’s way too little). The first time I used it I really thought there was something wrong. What was wrong is that I believed I could get a good wet/dry vacuum cleaner for around $200. I guess I have to stop being so cheap and get a bigger, more powerful one. Extremely disappointing!

3 out of 5 stars. The water tank tends to drip a little & 1 tank of clean does not equal 1 tank of dirty – the dirty runs out about 2/3 of the clean tank 🙁 So refill before job is complete.
The vacuum & cleaning is nice – particularly for the kitchen floor! However, I was told a 2nd brush would be included – it was not.

The Bisselldiscount HF3 is amazing!!! I live in a 2 story townhome and I have to say the 25 minute battery life on this must be false. I got 2 bathrooms, a hallway and my family room and kitchen done without having to charge it. I love that I can choose how much solution I’m using which helps me get through my whole house without having to fill up the clean water tank. The dirty water tank is way bigger than my previous Tineco. I also love the slim design on this so I can go under my couch, under my kitchen cabinets and I can get right up on the baseboard. The main thing for me is after I used this on my floors I did the paper towel check and the paper towel was still clean. I have 2 dogs, and my girlfriend that live with me so this was super impressive. It’s also lightweight and has the glide feature which means it moves forward and backward with ease! Bisselldiscount you guys nailed it with this product! I wish to try the Bisselldiscount Crosswave Hydrosteam next but the price of that one is a little much.

I thought this would finally be the answer to my cleaning routine but it’s not really. I love the cordless feature and it picks up dry dirt well, but the wet part is more work than I thought. Cleaning all the parts snd then they have to dry for 24 hours before use again. It’s better than sweeping, I also notice the wet feature does not get the edges at all, the floor is wet but the edges are dry,

I really enjoy the clean and dirty tanks. It doesn’t streak the floor and is good for fast touch-ups. Clean up is not much more than rinsing a bucket and washing it a mop. I much prefer this machine. I am having some difficulty with charging but haven’t checked with customer service yet so there may be an update.

I received a brand new Bisselldiscount Crosswave HF3 Cordless Multi-Surface hard floor cleaner as Christmas gift however it came early and I just had to give it a try. It was very easy to assemble out of the box, one click of the handle and it was ready. I put on the charger because it came slightly charged. While it was charging I read the directions which were very simple to understand and I registered it for warranty. I was amazed at how much dirty and pet hair it picked up with my first usage. It was very easy to take apart and clean. I love that how easy with a push of a button the machine cleans self. The only downside I can see is that you have to wait at least 24hrs for the parts to completely dry before you can use again however when I looked onsite at parts & supplies you can purchase extra brushes, extra filters, extra dirty tank assembly and extra squeegee. I will be purchasing these extra parts that way when one is cleaned and drying my CrossWave HF3 is ready to clean up messes.

I am so excited about this product! We have approximately 2,600 sq. ft. oil finished wood floors and 2 young kids. These floors are hard to mop because of the exposed wood grain. This wet dry vac works wonderfully!! It does not put out too much liquid for the wood, it isn’t harsh on the wood, and it cleans thoroughly. I have only used the vacuum twice, so this may change with time, but the battery lasts long enough for me to get all of the floors done in one charge. It is very easy to clean. Only a few parts to remove to get to the roller to clean out everything. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend!! You need this product!

I’ve been using this product for a few months now. First of all I think you need to keep in mind that although it vacuums and mops at the same time it works best as a mop. Therefore, in order to get the best results I usually run my robot vac first to vacuum up as much debris and cat hair (I have 2 long haired cats) as possible. If your floor is extra dirty then temper your expectations with this mop. Overall it works very well, it’s very easy to use and I appreciate the cleaning cycle at the end to clean the brush roll. I have a 2900 sq.ft home with ALL tile and I honestly only get to do 1st floor on one charge. (1500 sq.ft). It seems that the more you turn it off and on you drain more battery so my recommendation is if you need to stop to refill clean water you also empty the tank at the same time whether it needs it or not so you don’t have to turn it off again just for that. The one drawback it has is the edge cleaning and cleaning grout well. I suspect a steam mop version would do better there so I may eventually purchase that down the road. Can’t afford to spend more money on another mop so soon. So long story short, yes I would recommend it but know that for the best experience you have to do some prep cleaning of your floors.

Ok…my bad. I wrote a review earlier this evening complaining that my HF3 cross wave wasn’t sucking up the dirty water. I finally found a video on YouTube and realized I’d left out the piece that goes behind the brush. Apparently it is the part that directs the dirty water intro the dirty water tank. I had sat it up on a high shelf to dry in my laundry room and forgot about it. My apologies. I got it all put back together correctly and now my floors are clean again!

I have 2600 sq ft of tile. Some is covered with area rugs, but still a lot of hard floor. I have previously gone through 3 Hoover Floormates over the last 20 years which I felt did an adequate job, but I was never really happy with it. I bought this after a friend raved about hers. Since it is cordless, it is much lighter and easier to maneuver than my previous Floormates and I think the roller type brush does a much better job than the horizontal brushes on the floormate. However, I don’t think either of them do a great job getting to the grout lines. I understand there is only the one roller brush available for this model. I would like one that has some bristles so it can scrub better. I think there could be some improvements in the engineering – primarily the clean water tank. It fills from the bottom and the top is rounded so it cannot be placed on the counter. So, filling with water from the faucet is fine, but trying to take the lid off of a cleaner bottle and pouring with one hand is awkward. Also the instructions are minimal. This has 2 water flow amounts but I can’t tell from the icons whether one large water drop or 2 small water drops indicate the higher water amount. I like the self-cleaning feature, but you still have to take it apart and clean it. Comes apart much easier than Floormate and goes back together easily. I like it well enough that I recommended to my neighbor who has purchased her own.

I’ve been through TWO of these in a year. First replacement was after 3 months and now my replacement is worthless, 9 months later. The problem? The hose that connects the mop head and tank breaks, as was the case again today. It’s not being abused and honestly I use it once a week to mop, so it’s not over used either. Terrible design that breaks very easily.
I still have some warranty left on my replacement second unit, but honestly I’m going to buy a different product from another company that I trust more. Not that the process is difficult but I shouldn’t have to do it again.
Sorry Bisselldiscount. Between this and the air purifier I bought at the same time (which also had to be replaced after only 4 weeks), you’ve lost any future business from me.

I really like this cleaner. I’ve had it for about 5 months. If you vacuum first with a separate vacuum cleaner and then wash the floors with this device the clean-up is much easier. Of course you don’t have to do this because it is also a very good vacuum. I am amazed at how much dirt it removes from an apparently clean floor. My waste water is always very dark as it removes dirt. Once you learn how to use it clean-up is easy.

My kitchen, foyer and bathrooms are solid floors. I dreaded “mopping” them and would do them with a wet mop every 2 weeks, and by hand once every 4-6 weeks in order to get into crevices and corners. The wet mop took some exertion to push and pull. The Bisselldiscount is a back and ankle saver as it self propels across the floor. I do not dread cleaning these floors anymore! I don’t like using cleaners on my floor so just use warm water with a drop of Dawn.

I needed something to use for routine (whole house and spot) wood floor cleaning. The CrossWave HF3 Cordless seems to fit the bill. It does as advertised. My only comment is i wish the battery lasted 10 minutes more and the supply tank was a bit larger so I could get through the whole house without refilling the tank and recharging as it fell one room short. Knowing this now, I simply plan to split the process up to accommodate the machine’s capabilities. Something I am able to live with.
