It’s a solid tool but the clean and dirty water tanks are too small. You change them out several times before the battery needs charging.
I’d also love to see easier cleaning. The dirty tank gets gross so it would be great if i could reach inside with a sponge to get the thing clean

This machine is the perfect aid to cleaning flat floors. The cordless model gives ultimate freedom of movement. It is quick and so much easier then a mop and bucket, paper pads soaked with solution. Awesome

We had the original Crosswave Pet model and we liked it. The only issue we had was the suction could have been better and my girlfriend really preferred cordless. We thought about the Max, but I wanted the Hydro Steam. Then I saw the OmniForce and it just seemed like a winner. We could nitpick little silly things, but we absolute love it!

Our family (2 kids, 3 cats) received the CrossWave OmniForce through the Stellar Product Testing Panel about six weeks ago, and it immediately became a core part of our weekly cleaning routine. A major impression the OmniForce has made on us is in our streamlined cleaning supply closet, because it sits attractively on a charging base, as opposed to jamming a nasty mop bucket with a ratty mop in there helter skelter. This is only possible because the OmniForce has been able to functionally replace the need for the mop and bucket, as a couple of passes on Turbo mode can clean literally anything a mop could.
An early concern I had when I read the instructions was that cleaning the vacuum after using the PowerMop (wet) mode seemed like a really complicated task, but after following the instructions carefully the first time, it was quickly apparent that the cleaning process is not only intuitive and obvious, but much less work than cleaning a mop/bucket. As for the PowerVac (dry) mode, the OmniForce is just as capable as our trusty vacuum cleaner on the large floor area, but since it doesn’t have a hose attachment feature to get nooks and crannies, we still do use the old vacuum cleaner a fair amount to get corners, couch cushions, etc.. If the OmniForce had that feature, I would gladly further streamline the closet and get rid of the vacuum cleaner.
Probably the biggest quality of life improvement from mop-and-bucket cleaning is the fact that the OmniForce dries so much faster. I actually timed it, and within 2 minutes of finishing an area, I could walk over it with socks on and it was basically 100% dry (and clean). The flipside of this is that the dirty water tank can fill up quickly, but again compared to a full mop bucket, it’s not even a contest how much easier the OmniForce is. All in all, the OmniForce cleans to a high standard, even in the kitchen where kids and pets are constantly making messes, it looks modern and has a great feel in terms of weight and smoo

Since getting a chance to test the OmniForce via the Stellar Product Testing Panel, I’ve become obsessed with cleaning my floors. The very first time I used it on the hardwood in my kitchen and great room in my new rental, it surfaced an unbelievable amount of dirt and grime (the water tank was disgusting!) — just after it had been professionally cleaned by a service.
I also love how versatile it is; in addition to doing heavy duty washing floors, I can also use it like a stick vac to clean up crumbs and other kid mess under the kitchen table, and it works great on my area rugs as well. I find that I can clean my whole main floor (rugs, wood floors, etc.) using one charge.
My one pointer for use would be to be sure that you leave all wet components open to air dry completely; the first time I used it, I replaced the cover for the rollers on the base after rinsing it out, and when I next used it a few days later, they had a musty/moldy smell for the first 5 to 10 minutes of use. That cleared up quickly, but I learned that the rollers need to be fully dry before replacing the cover. I also leave the wet and dry tanks alongside the machine when it’s charging, instead of replacing them.

I used my mil older model of crosswave and loved it, except the cord was very cumbersome. So, I did my research and chose the omniforce. I love the dry vacuum feature. The battery is very short time, but was prepared for that due to the reviews I read. I also was prepared for the difficult to reach areas and edge to be done by hand (no change from older model). But it is a time saver to do all sweep/mop/vacuum with one thing. My main issue with this model is both tank sizes. I had to refill and change water tanks 3 times just to clean my house, the battery lasted almost long enough. That was a huge disappointment, especially when the dirty tank appeared to have more room. Also a pain since there was a slight time difference. The tank in my mil was bigger and filling it for the large job did the whole house with a bit to spare. I feel plugging and unplugging would be a better exchange. Although, I would miss the dry vac feature. For those with a very small space would be the only ones I recommend this product.

This vacuum mop works exceptionally well in both aspects. The vacuum has more suction in it than my shark vacuum. The mop function uses the perfect amount of water to clean without leaving puddles. The battery lasts a good amount of time. Unless I am double cleaning my floors, I can do the whole house on 1 battery charge. Everything is made well. I like that it has a basket that’s easy to left out to dump large debris so I dont clog my sewers when dumping the soiled water. My only con is that once you mop, the soiled bin stays wet for a long time. If you vacuum afterwards it’s like poring flour into a wet measuring cup; all the lint/dust gets stuck to the bin in a mud paste. You have to clean out the soiled bin and leave it outside of the vacuum for a day or so (so it’s fully dry)before you can use the vacuum function again (unless the paste doesn’t bother you but it is hard to clean). The other advice I have is to always dump soiled bin after every use, even quick spill cleanups. Otherwise, it’ll smell like death next time you try to use it. This is normal with all vacuum mop I’ve used. The last (small)con is that it has a larger head so it doesn’t fit into small spaces. But it’s not as fragile as the machines with the smaller heads either.

I received this wet and dry vacuum from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I think this vacuum is a game changer for my quick clean up’s after meals, during dog feedings, and everyday life messes. While it’s a bit heavy it moves around just fine and the wet mop setting is great, giving me the feeling of a deeper cleaning rather than just a regular vacuum. I do appreciate the versatility. Since I I have a toddler and a pup, messes happen on the daily… This was able to pick up small dog hairballs, crumbs, dust and dust balls, pretty much any thing was sucked up by this vacuum and then the residue was cleaned with the wet mop setting. Not only does it have good suction but then you i change the mode to wet mop right after, giving me peace of mind that the floor remains clean. Two easy steps is all it takes. I also have hard wood floors and this works just fine, the solution does not damage the wood or leave any waxy residue behind, which I am very picky about. The only bone I have to pick is that it’s a bit on the heavy side, this is not a deal breaker though. Overall happy with this vacuum and I would recommend it to my friends and family .

I had a corded Crosswave for a few years. I got tired of tripping over the cord so i spent a bit more and bought the Omni Force. I have no regrets! This model is far superior. Cleans hardwood floors and area rugs excellent. Love the ease of cleaning the machine after wet mop use. And as always love the Bisselldiscount mission!

I’m surprised how easy it was so assemble and get started. Before I bought this, I used a steam mop. I didn’t realize how much dirty water I was leaving on the floor with my steam mop until I used this OmniForce. Now I can see exactly what I was leaving behind on the floor because of the dirty water tank. I’m happy I bought this.

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel I was able to try out the Crosswave Omniforce Edge!
It was very easy to set up and easy to use. It’s pretty straight forward with a water tank, a dirty water tank, easy releases and only about 4 buttons. In the past I have used a mop to clean my floors. With twin 3 year old twin boys and 2 cats my floors are always dirty. I didn’t realize how dirty until I saw how dirty the water turned after using the omniforce edge. The vacuum has a turbo speed option. It obviously uses up the battery and water faster as predicted but it gives a pretty good clean. There were still some spots that I needed to spot clean with a sponge but most of the grime came off with use of this vacuum. For every day use I use the normal speed and it picks up crumbs and spills easily. I am overall happy with the power of this wet vacuum and won’t be mopping again in the future!
The vacuum battery lasts a pretty long time and charges up pretty quickly. My favorite feature is that it is self cleaning. I still remove the roller to rinse it out and let it dry on its docking station but if I left it after the self cleaning it would probably be fine. It also important to report that the cleaning solution which comes with the vacuum smells really nice!
The only reason I didn’t give the product 5 stars is because I would have liked the roller to rub harder on the floor to deep clean.
I am overall very impressed and have used this product multiple times per week. It has easily made its way into my cleaning routine and makes my house smell nice! I would definitely recommend this product if you have a lot of hard surfaces.

I purchased my Crosswise about three or four years ago. I really love using this machine on my mostly wood floors and small area rugs. About a year or so after I purchased it the battery or something completely died. I called customer service and they sent me a whole Crosswise. Since it has worked perfectly except for one thing..The battery dies before I can finish the floor. Then I have to clean it and put it on the charger. it takes a long time to recharge.

expensive machine that doesn’t work Verified Buyer –
The idea is good however this machine is so expensive and constantly does not work. I can’t get through one single session using this machine without this jamming and not working and when you take it apart to try to clean it out, and remove the alleged blockage there’s never anything there to clean out it’s constant. It’s all the time and unfortunately, due to life circumstances I was unable to return this in the allowable time period
this was a horrible waste of money and expensive lesson.

This cleaner is awesome. My floors come out fresh and clean all in one step. It is quiet, the battery is long lasting, the self cleaning feature is great. My whole bottom floor is Luxury Vinyl Plank and it took forever to mop and my back would hurt. This makes it so easy now -very satisfied with my purchase! My mom just bought one after trying mine out.

We bought this to clean our rugs and replace our mop and bucket in the kitchen. Unfortunately it cleans neither of those areas very well. We ran the battery dead 4 times cleaning a single 12’x15′ rug and it looked only slightly better than when we started. It was unable to remove some light stains even when we pre-treated the areas and ran the cleaner over them repeatedly. We were later able to remove those stains with the same pre-treater and a toothbrush. Later we tried to clean our vinyl floors with it and found that it was unable to clean most dried spills and other sticky spots. It also leaves dry streaks while mopping as the roller doesn’t make full contact with the ground. In the end we had to go over the floor again with our trusty mop and bucket to get a decent clean. Maybe the plug in units work better, but this battery powered all-in-one is the definition of “jack of all trades, master of none.” I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone for any purpose.

I received the Crosswave Omniforce Multi-Surface Hard Floor Cleaner as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have been blown away by the ease of use and how effectively it can clean multiple surfaces to perfection. I used to dry vacuum and hand mop my floors daily to keep up with high traffic areas, but the Crosswave has taken over. The power vac mode gathers crumbs and pet hair on hard surfaces and even area rugs. When needed, the turbo mode really kicks up the suction and cuts cleaning time and number of passes. For stuck on spills and muddy messes the power mop mode can pair with the vacuum and leave my floors sparkling. The paired turbo vac and mop mode are my favorite feature for how quickly I can clean up and leave nothing behind. When I am done for the day I run the simple clean out cycle to freshen the machine after mop mode. The Crosswave does need to be dried thoroughly after the clean out cycle, but it can be taken apart and put back together quickly. I would absolutely recommend this product and plan to use it everyday.

I purchased a Crosswave a noticed from the start that the battery life while in use is quite short, compared to the time it takes to recharge the battery. I’ve cleaned my hardwood floors about five times and the battery life is decreased to just the kitchen and hallway < with two seniors living in a 1500 SQUARE FEET home and the 3 bedrooms are carpeted I’m now needing to charge 3 times which takes 2 & 1/2 hrs for a complete recharge. Not good BISSELL Made in the USA from a vet. Dissatisfied .

I used this for the first time today. I used to have the original green cross wave which was very basic. This one has all the bells and whistles that make it so much easier to use and clean up afterwards! I can’t get over how amazing it is to have a cordless crosswave, and the self cleaning feature is amazing! I put it through self clean two times because the first time I forgot to add the cleaner that comes with the kit. When I added the cleaner to the tray the second time, I could see all the dirt from the clear brush cover being washed away. So then I took the cover off and the brush out so I could clean it a little better in the sink and not one bit of muddy water came off that brush! And the tray was clean without any debris! Also, the dirty canister is so much easier to clean than the original cross wave. I cleaned about 1500 ft.² of hardwood and had about 40% battery power left, maybe slightly more. One initial concern I had before I bought this, is the water going to pool on the floor if I don’t keep moving the vacuum. Thankfully the answers no. It’s a pretty smart vacuum! I also want to add that I have one cat and one dog and the reason I needed a two in one machine is because I have zero energy in wanting to mop after I have vacuumed the whole house. Needless to say, that meant that I seldom mopped to the floor. It’s also worth mentioning that for this amount of square footage, I filled the clean water reservoir two times plus a total of 4 fluid ounces of the citrus cleaner. I did have to empty out the dirty canister once during the whole process, and one final time at the end when I was cleaning the machine.

I absolutely love my corded crosswave. I feel this does just as good of a job but the battery wouldn’t be enough to do my whole house at once. I love to have this one handy for quick clean ups. This one is easier to clean too.
Mary Verified Buyer –
I use it to vacuum and mop my floors I have cats and unfortunately cat litter. I have hardwood floors and linoleum floors. I have a spin mop as well but it is on the disabled list. I really like the size and weight of this combo mop/vac. I love how easy it is to clean and that it will clean its self which helps. My only complaint is that with the spin mop I could use different mop pads to clean harder areas like around my kitchen stove. This doesn’t have that option.
Cat Verified Buyer –
I use this mostly for my hardwood, tile, area rugs, and I’ve even used it on regular carpet. It is wonderful on all and even though it doesn’t advertise regular carpet and may not get it as clean as a regular vacuum, for this mom it is ‘good enough’ until the next time I feel the
need to lug the big guns out. It is extremely easy to switch between functions. And it’s not heavy so I can take it anywhere. What prompted me to write the review was that I
EASILY did the whole clean out of the machine after MOPPING in less than 3 minutes, one handed (because I was eating a dang bagel and multitasking while feeding me and my 2 yr old dinner lol). I’m not sure what other ppl are talking about with that part being such a pain. The machine literally does it for you and you just rinse the rest out. If I still had a Velcro baby (instead of just 2 toddlers with one learning to potty train—which it also effortlessly cleans *those* messes), I would still find this product to be a godsend because it’d be super easy to use from start to finish with a kid on your hip/while baby-wearing. I use it multiple times a day! Thank you, Bisselldiscount!
Batteries? Verified Buyer –
Works great! Unfortunately, battery replacement is not simple, and they do stop working. Question is…do I want to spend (give) my money to a corporation which encourages throwing the machine away rather than replacing the battery.
