I decided to buy this vacuum because of the positive reviews. The first two times I used it went well, although the smell it produces was awful. Since then it has been downhill. All it does is push around cat hair into clumps I need to pick up after by hand. It also leaves very noticeable white streaks everywhere. The smell seems to get even worse. I truly hate everything about this vacuum and regret buying it.

The first time I used it, it worked alright. Although it took a long time to get anything wet. Now, after about the third time using it, it will work for about 10 minutes. Then, it starts emitting puddles of filthy water. I do better just pouring the diluted soap and mopping up with swiffer.

I have had this machine for 2 years and I do like it but I think the cordless would be more convenient. My biggest complaint is I cannot remove the plastic cover that is over the rotating brush to clean it. It is super tight and does not come off easily for cleaning.

I have a large house with lots of flooring and water hog entry mats. I also own a restaurant. This unit has been amazing and helps me keep my areas clean easily and effectively! I have the cordless unit at my house, and that’s what I recommend. The cord is a drag. I have the corded units at the restaurant, one upstairs and one downstairs in the kitchen. A mop just does not cut it. The amount of dirt this thing picks up after mopping is a testament to its effectiveness. Also, the crosswave cleans the water hog type doormats way more effectively than my Dyson.

Used the Bisselldiscount Crosswave for the first time today. My floors have never been cleaner. Loved the convenience of vacuuming and mopping at the same time. Before I would sweep then take a rag and bucket of water and would wash then dry the floor using a combination of duck walking and on my knees. This product makes cleaning so much easier and definitely cleaner. Still have to mop small places, like around the commode and areas the Bisselldiscount won’t fit.

I purchased this as I was so fed up with using a micro fibre mop that wasn’t getting clean after laundering.
So, we’ve been using it and while it is cleaning, it doesn’t get anywhere close enough to the floor trim to catch all the dirt that builds up next to the trim and in tight corners. So I still have to use my Vileda to wipe up against the trim as well as tight corners. The Bisselldiscount also doesn’t reach under floating sink cabinetry. It leaves drops of dirty water behind that the roller can’t pick up.
The engineers need to resolve these issues. And you need consumers to test the products; not paid staff.

WORST vacuum ever. Got a puppy and needed a new vaccum and the reviews on this seemed good. No. Has not worked since we got it. Doesn’t suction a thing up. Our shark hardwood duster gets more off the carpet than this vaccum and it’s not even meant for carpet. We have tried everything, changing out the water filter, cleaning the bristles everything. Nothing works and it STINKS. If you use the water filter, and clean it out it STINKS. makes our whole apartment smell awful. and to make it even better, it gets clogged and is impossible to remove. Literally not one good thing to say about this vaccum.

I purchased this because it takes me several hours to vacuum and wash all of my floors. I use this now for hardwood, slate and porcelain floors- I have even tried it on low profiles carpets. Excellent performance- easy to clean – lightweight makes vacuuming and washing 7000 square feet of floors much faster. It can handle some large particulate- suction is excellent. Particularly good for bathroom floors. Allows me to clean the floors often and easily. Only downside is that the container fills up quickly but that’s minor compared to the benefits.

I bought the CrossWave in December of 2022. I was excited to use on my porcelain tile to keep the tile and grout clean. I have used it regularly, but the brush/mop cartridge does not have enough strength to clean my tiles. I have to carry a rough sided sponge to rub on shoe marks or really dirty walking areas because the crosswave roller is not abrasive enough to clean those areas. Unfortunately, there is not and alternative brush roller. This Crosswave would be wonderful for light cleaning, but falls short for stronger scrubbing. I would recommend this for light cleaning only.

I just received my Crosswave All in One yesterday and was anxious to try it. It is certainly easy to use and since I just switched from all carpet to all floors, that’s extremely important. I think it will take a couple of tries to get really good with it. I did notice that it doesn’t get all the way to the baseboards, I expected that, but that is easily handled with a quick Swiffer around the perimeter. BUT it is noisy. I didn’t expect that. That is the reason for the missing star. Overall, I would buy it again as I feel it was a good value.
