I splurged and spent the money on this vacuum because I thought it would be so great to have one that I could vacuum and mop with at the same time. We have a large dog, but he is a doodle who doesn’t shed much at all. The first time or two I used it I thought it was great, but it took no time at all until it started spitting out dirty water. I have spent so many hours trying to take it apart and clean it and put it back together and every time, it ends up a huge frustration. I’ve cleaned it thoroughly, taken off the roller and added a new one, and nothing works. I’m extremely disappointed because I thought Bisselldiscount was a much better brand than this. I didn’t wanna give up because I didn’t want it to be a waste of money and I haven’t had it that long (just over a year I think) but I guess I’m just going to throw it away because I wouldn’t want to give it to anyone else to experience the same frustration. Very, very disappointing & frustrating!

I was so excited to get this product home, I have 3 labs and 2 maine coon cats that are constantly shedding and live on a ranch so dirt is always tracked in. Worked great first time then started to spew muddy water on to floor defeating the purpose. I cleaned it, made sure everything was as it should and still did it. Being I have two Goldens I thought this would keep my floors cleaner. Mine worked for a short time and all it did was spit out dirty water. Every time I pushed it forward, dirty water would come out. For the price I paid, I will never spend that much for less than a year’s use. I always cleaned it out or it would smell if you did not. Cleaned filter with a hose. My husband could not figure out why it would not suck up but only spit out. So dissapointed on this vacuum.

I received this as a gift for Christmas. I have been wanting one so bad . I was really excited to use it. I do have pets!
I read the instructions online and filled the tank up ready Togo. Well it released so much water on my floor it was ridiculous. It doesn’t even suck up the water great at all! I thought I pressed the button for too long but I pused it for one sweep then I moved it to the side tried it again but for shorter sweep while holding the button. It did it again. . So after that I just decided to look up videos maybe did something wrong. And I didn’t. I triple checked and everything I even tried using it as a vacuum where my cat and dog lay down and doesn’t pick up much. So disappointed and there is no way to return it because I don’t have any type of reciept!!

Works nicely but it does not get close enough to the wall. Leaves at least 2 inches along the wall that doesn’t get cleaned and when you have a darker floor that dirt and dust surely does show up when the rest of the floor is clean.

I received my Bissel a couple of days ago and today was the first day I was able to use it. I love it. I have three dogs and a cat so you can imagine the floors. We sweep and mop a couple of times a week. We have LVP flooring. Today I swept and then used the Bisselldiscount. Thought I would see how it would do. Omg, I was amazed. The floor looks great. I couldn’t believe how much hair and dirt was still around after sweeping. The ease of use, ease of cleaning, quick drying and clean up machine took less time than expected. I won’t ever go back to traditional mopping. I highly recommend this cleaner.

It’s great being able to vacuum/clean your floors and then clean your carpet with just a switch of the nozzle. The Crosswave freshens your carpet with a great scent leaving your whole house smelling clean. Different scents available. I couldn’t believe how dirty my floors and carpet were. This has got to be the worst product I’ve gotten. It doesn’t do what it says. After using it just 3 times it wouldn’t even vacuum up the water and was sending out dirty water to the floor. I ended up having to mop it all up. I haven’t touched it since. What kind of stuff do you people make? We spend our hard earned money on a product because of the advertising in hopes that it works like it says it’s suppose to (even though most advertising is bogus anyways) and it doesn’t. I have 5 beautiful dogs and I needed something to help me out with all of their messes whenever they happen and ended up being totally disappointed. SMH

I read other reviews that were mixed and I was giving the product the benefit of the doubt. It works good for a little while but then you notice that it’s not really mopping your floor, it’s leaving streaks. And despite it being for pets, you have to unclog pet hair constantly. It’s not a great product and I wish I had been able to return it while it was still under warrenty.

The crosswalk only did a good job on refreshing my area rugs. It is not good at mopping. The roller gets saturated with water and just leaves the floor wet. I tried not using the trigger to dispense more cleaner and instead spread out the cleaner that was already in the roller and that just left the floor hazy.

Overall, I like it but the plug prong breaks off in your outlet. First one did it and now the 2nd one has done it. 1st one did it in about a year ( I have had it 3 years). Juts got 2nd one about 6 to 8 months ago and it did the same thing this week. The plug prongs are stuck in my outlets.

I took out the spinning brush cleaned the inside on where it would clip into in case there was any hair or debris stuck and there was nothing . I bought this less than a year ago. The vacuum worked great at first, but the mop left a lot of streaks so I just stopped using it. I cleaned the vacuum after every use, taking it apart and cleaning all pieces separately and it just never vacuumed the same again. Pet hair stuck to any moisture inside the vacuum from the mop, even if you aren’t using the mop. Disappointed. Lot of money to spend on a product for less than a year.

I wanted to love this machine. My husband is not a fan. It is definitely not going to give you the totally clean floor I had hoped for. It doesn’t get up hard to remove anything. The self cleaning mode works some time.. all the other times I have to literally hand clean everything. I have to dump the dirty water bin more times than I can count, otherwise it leave trails of dirty water. This is a good machine to use for daily run overs but still go back to my handy broom, mop and bucket, or hands and knees scrubbing. Even for daily cleaning, I find myself not wanting the hassle of the machine and usually break out the good ole swiffer most days. The hassle is just not worth it.
