This is my 2nd review because I can’t say enough good ant the Crosswave. Everybody knows mopping with a conventional mop and bucket is back breaking work. The Crosswave makes keeping floors clean very easy. I’ve used mine only twice but I absolutely recommend it. Having 3 indoor pets can be a hairy challenge and throw in the cat having a kitty litter party and it gets out of hand. Kitty litter can’t run and hide from the Crosswave. Love the self clean feature. I rinse the roller under faucet after self clean and then run the self clean for just a few seconds to pull out excess moisture.

It’s not even 2 years old and I’ve had nothing but problems for the last 6 months. I am not impressed with the cleaning, I can’t get the cover off to clean the machine after use. I have to get someone with a whole lot more strength than I have to do it. Now it’s making a loud screaming noise anytime I turn it on. I’m so fed up with the bissell brand I’ll never waste my money again.

I received no owners manual so you I don’t even know how to use it. Watched YouTube videos to learn how to use it. My reservoir tank doesn’t even fill up with water. Plus it is not as versatile as they make you believe. It you want to go from hard wood floor to a rug you better have the rug roller to replace with the main one they show in their video

Let me start this off by saying, I can not stand mopping. My poor floors would go months and months without someone paying them the attention they deserve. There’s just something about spreading around dirty mop bucket water to clean a dirty floor that drives me the wrong way… … Anyway, I went out on a hunt to find a quicker, easier alternative. First, I thought about just getting one of those spray mops, swiffer/bona whatever… Then I walked by this and decided to give it a try. I will say it was a splurge purchase but I don’t think I will ever regret it.
I purchased this about 12 hours ago and tested it on my living room and kitchen. Now I consider myself a fairly clean person, but after I used this and saw the dirty water tank, I feel like I’m the dirtiest critter to ever walk this earth. This device cleaned up dirt and grime that I didn’t even know was there.
I NEVER write reviews but right now I feel like a kid on Christmas Eve and for some reason I can not sleep because I am ecstatic to wake up and clean the rest of my house with this.
Im blabbering, but you get the gist by now. This is a must have product. It is lightweight, easy to use (even for a guy that just had surgery 4 days ago), and all around an amazing device to add to your cleaning arsenal. (One last side note, I vacuumed my house prior to using this with a top of the line vacuum and this CrossWave picked up dirt, dust, hair, and whatever else was leftover by that ‘top of the line’ vacuum)… Buy it and thank me later

I received the Crosswave Turbo as a gift. I’ve used it once already and can’t say enough good things about it. It glides easily over the floor (whitewashed grey LVP that shows everything) and best if all – it really cleans well. Easy to take apart to clean manually also. We have a lot of sand and 3 indoor pets, so even though I thought my floors were fairly clean, it showed me otherwise. Love the vac and mop at same time feature. I would and have already recommended to friends.

Not sure how this product got a bad review. I’ve had my machine for almost 5 years and it’s amazing! It’s been a game changer for my housekeeping business. My clients are floored how dirty the water is when I’m finished. They say their floors have never looked or felt cleaner. I use it on sealed hardwoods, laminate, tile and vinyl floors. Unfortunately there are cons with everything. Yes, you have to clean the
machine every time you use it but definitely worth the results and it’s not difficult to clean. The parts are expensive but you rarely have to buy them. I only use one brush roll and one filter every 3 months and I use it 6 times a week. If the average person uses it once a week, you’d rarely have to buy the filter and brush roll. I’ve seen people complain about streaks but I rarely have that issue. I just go over it without the solution to prevent streaks. IMPORTANT: I highly recommend sweeping/vacuuming beforehand for best results. It will pick up some debris but I feel it does a better job when most of the debris is picked up first.

Have used only on tile floors twice. Leaves behind little drops or little puddles of dirty water in sporadic places. Not sure if defective or does this happen to all users? Product is not too heavy and maneuvers easily. Cleaning the machine after each use is slightly cumbersome. Considering returning but on the fence right now. May upgrade to hydro stream version to see if produces better results.
