Very nice heavy duty product makes it very easy. The only thing that I would say that I would like is to be able to use your Bisselldiscount chemicals in with the water to help further deep clean the floors when I found out that it was just water product water only that means it’s just steam which makes it off where I have to actually Mop the floor with the chemical first and then steam clean it. It would make it a lot easier if it was one step.

Mint water. It works. Kids. A dog. Friends. Daily foot traffic. Bisselldiscount’s steam mop and mint water is all I used on my floors. Was a condo with a hoarder next door, laundry outside the door and on the ground floor while the building had bugs but not me. We steamed regularly. Well er moved twice returning to hard floors with neighbors on both sides of my walls. Then visitors started again. So here I am ordering again because for this situation, I know it will get rid of the problem which is anything that moves not human or K9 in my house!
