This is a very powerful little machine , very nice design very hard to clean . When we lift up the machine the door feel weak and leak air . There is a weird valve who keep looking off even if the machine is not full , happen when we suck at something to hard also .
If you are not a handy man and have a air compressor to clean the machine it will keep entirely contaminated cause by to many compartment : cycling system is a big mess to clean , impossible without air compressor , make dust like no sense . To many filters … If the button holding the dust container to the machine break the machine is pretty scrap .the machine is very attractive by its look , and color , but it is made for a short life time . But it does suck good , for a limited time . Get ready to clean it out side your house away from your patio also . I received this vacuum 3 weeks ago. It is the best vacuum that I have ever spent my money on. The only thing I found wrong was on the hard floor power head. There is supposed to be 2 felt strips in front and behind the opening. The one behind looks as though it was torn off and only about an inch it left there. The residue from the glue is still there so it obviously was there at one time.

I bought this vacuum specifically for polished concrete floors. Compared to an upright, it is light weight because the bulk of the vacuum rolls behind you. I love the light weight. It’s also a lot more quiet than my upright. And it has great suction!

I find uprights to be useless as you can’t go underneath furniture and they’re so big and awkward. This little guy is great and I love having the telescopic wand to reach high area’s or to use the small brush to vacuum baseboards 😊. This vacuum is a joy to use. The first time I used this vacuum, the suction was great.
Now, 2 months later, the suction has decreased with each use. It’s gotten to the point of my checking the suction with my fingers to see if the vacuum is really on. Then, after I’ve vacuumed, I get to go around and manually pick up all the bits and crumbs it missed.

Great vacuum but the handle and attachments are poor quality. The attachments do not stay on very well. The handle is plastic and cracks and breaks easily. Leaving you to buy a whole new hose. Should be mettle instead of plastic to prevent cracking and breaking.

I have mainly hard floors with a couple of area rugs. The suction is not great no matter what attachment I use. Sometimes I have to place the vacuum head directly on top of something in order to suck it up. It’s constantly tipping over and the plug is too short. I have to use an extension cord so I don’t have to keep bending over to plug and unplug while vacuuming my house. Plastic guard for hose has already broken. I have only had this vacuum for about 6-7 months.

I (unfortunately) destroy vacuums as I care for 9 parrots. The dust, seeds and bits of wood/paper is horrendous, constant and everywhere. This vacuum is lasting and surviving the abuse impressively well. I can’t express how much dust it suffers with and is still able to do a great job.
The person who designed the retractable cord mechanism should be given a bonus. That sucker whips back in the machine. Love the whole machine except for me, the on/off and the cord retraction buttons are (for me) on the wrong sides. It’s bit of a shock thinking I’m turning off the vacuum and instead that “speedy Gonzalez ” stlye cord retracts. Keeps me on my toes! Lol
