I wanted to support Bisselldiscount as i’m a dog lover. Well, this has been a HUGE disappointment. Not even the fact of how pricey this is but, it does not pick up all the dog hair on my hardwoods. I’ll finish and go back to the closet and see all the dog hair not sucked up. It is HANDS DOWN terrible on low pile carpet — to the point you cannot even use it. I acutally have to borrow my in-laws for my area rugs. What a disappointment. Batter life is sucky too. i cannot do my downstairs and upstairs in one shot. Would love to return it …….. Quite possibly the worst vacuum for the price. I have owned a few stick vacuums at this point and this has to be the absolute worst of them all. It struggles to pick up any solid items. As an example, I’ll run over my daughters extra small hair ties that get left all over my house. I have to pass over the hair tie 4-5 times for the vacuum to pick it up on both carpet and hard floor. The battery life is atrocious if you’re running on high power. If you are running high power on carpet, you MIGHT get a full 7 minutes. It’s awful. If you’re vacuuming nothing but dog hair on the low-mid settings, you might get 1 floor of the house done before the battery dies. It will push anything like Cereal out and across your floor before sucking it up. 15/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. I learned my lesson by going for a bissell after years of other brands in the hopes it worked as good as it looks. Big fail.

I had purchased a no name very cheaply made stick vacuum off the internet & was quickly deeply unsatisfied with it. It clogged often, was very light & the suction was awful. I decided to splurge on this because we recently got a puppy & I vacuum my hardwood floors daily. Night & day different! The Iconpet Turbo could be a tad quieter as it is a little loud, but, the 3 level Turbo is every pet parents dream, especially for pet hair. We have a yellow lab & so don’t necessarily see all the hair this vacuum picks up & the attachments help reach places you can’t vacuum with your normal canister vacuum cleaner.

I bought this as a replacement for my previous Bisselldiscount Cordless, which I used almost daily. The ICONPET TURBO is great! Love the various power levels, the “headlights” and the convenient hanging storage rack (it even has a level to make installation a breeze!) I can vacuum my entire first floor, the battery holds the charge for a lot time. Some people say I’m with vacuuming;keep looking for dirt (and dog hair) to eradicate with the ICONPET!

This vac is superior to similarly designed vacs that cost more than double the price. This low weight machine with 3 power settings cleans dog hair (Shephard!) off of “self-adhesive” stair treads & tiny area rugs -bathroom/ laundry room (lowest setting); Standard area rugs in the kitchen and foyer (regular power) and carpets in living room & bedrooms (turbo). The battery lasts a long time – if I’m not doing the whole house I don’t recharge or it never gets used up. The thoughtfulness of design is impressive: lights, balance on stopping, mechanism of movement and button design, canister access and emptying. I don’t love it for the bare floor but it still works great. It’s not for shaggy carpet.

i loved my old icon but the battery died after a few years. this one has the bright lights like my old one, but it seems very noisy and that black piece of plastic on the bottom makes a squeaky noise when you pull the vacuum backwards on the hardwood floor. i also don’t like how you clean the dirty container after vacuuming so i give it a 4. it picks up well, is light and nice bright light.

I use mine to do a quick vacuum throughout my house. It’s so convenient to just grab it and go to get the floors done without having to untangle the cord and try to get to a receptacle to plug it in. This is very lightweight and does a great job of picking up the dirt and debris from my hardwood floors as well as my rugs. I have owned several of the Bisselldiscount cordless vacuums in the past and have been very pleased with their performance. This one does seem to run out of power a little quicker than those in the past, but so do I, so that’s not necessarily a bad thing!

Also, forget about your edges. It absolutely doest go there.

My favorite feature is the bright lights that let me see every peice of dog hair be picked up! And of course that it is cordless. I can vaccume the entire house in one charge and hang it back up for the next day, easy peasy. Plus the low mode works great on our wood floors, so I get to mostly use it on its quietest mode.

Not too happy with this model. I previously had the Bisselldiscount icon and loved it. When that finally wore out I thought I’d treat myself to upgrade to the Turbo!
It works great…But, the top is heavy (because of the hand vacuum). I’m getting used to that. But the hand held vacuum is VERY hard to release and use. This is the main reason I purchased the vacuum,for the hand held part. And I find I’m avoiding using the hand held machine. I use the hand held to clean many items in my house, like cleaning my sewing Machine and sewing room. That’s my comment!!

Save your money and just buy a Dyson. I should have done more research before I bought this vacuum. The product has led to so much frustration.
It honestly works great and picks up everything (which is a must as I have a German Shepard!). HOWEVER, the foot attachment has broken on me TWICE while under warranty. The first time the tubing ripped which appeared to be a problem with the original product. They sent me another after it was out of stock of course for 2 months. I used the replacement for about 2 months until it stopped rolling/getting power. Of course, I reached out again and the attachment is back ordered. Such a joke!! Not buying a BISSELL again!!

I don’t even know where to start with the IconPet Pro. This is hands down the worst vacuum that exists. The quality is so bad; it feels like it’s built not to last. The motor is incredibly weak, and the suction power is almost non-existent. And don’t even get me started on the roller. After a short time, the lights stopped working, and the roller wouldn’t turn anymore. It’s truly embarrassing for a brand like Bisselldiscount to sell something with such horrible quality. As someone who is handicapped and relies on a wheelchair, I need a vacuum that I can count on daily. Unfortunately, this vacuum has been nothing but a disappointment. This vacuum has a lot of suction, is quiet to run, but best of all has bright LED lights on each of the attachments and the main stick. It is excellent on hard wood floors and also does a good job on area rugs. I chose it because of the lights and because I wanted a lighter vacuum to use on the basement stairs. After trying it, I now use it for the majority of the vacuuming. The attachments are easy to add and remove. It is great to dust with using the dust brush attachment, with or without the stick portion, and easy to empty.
I have not used the filters yet, as I bought them as replacements when the originals need changing, so I am unable to review them at this time.

this is the second iconpet that i had. the first one, the battery died after maybe 2 to 3 years. i love this vacuum cause the lights are so bright and it does pick up, but this one is extremely noisy when runs even in the lowest speed. also, when you pulled the cleaner back as you vacuum it makes a squeaky noise on the hardwood floors. i figured out it’s the back piece of plastic on the bottom of the vacuum. it looks like a squeagie but when it goes forward it’s ok, but in reverse sounds like it’s scratching the floor. my old vacuum didn’t make that noise. otherwise i love it.
