I love vacuuming and vacuums period. I was so ecstatic when I bought this one, being a mom I thought this would life changing especially when its time to do the stairs. After a good nights charge I first targetted the stairs in my home. I have dog, a cat and 3 growing boys, so the stairs see it all. I ran the vacuum on the 3rd mode “turbo”, while the suction was great it was disgusting to see what has been left behind, I was so disappointed when the vaccum died with 2 steps to go. I thought for what I spent on this vacuum that I would get much more than a 10 minute vacuum on the average flight on stairs. I would not recommend this to a friend based upon the battery life alone.

I purchased the Bisselldiscount Icon Pet Pro Cordless through Canadian Tire in November 2021, and by June 2022 I was already having issues with it. I was provided some troubleshooting links through Bisselldiscount to no avail; and honestly I gave up. I have had the vacuum for less than 2 years and I wish I had just purchased the Dyson like everyone told me to. This vacuum is not worth your hard earned money, even if people say they are comparable to a Dyson. Within 7 months the battery life was already reduced and now the suction of the vacuum is hit/miss. I live in a 600 sq. ft. apartment so it’s not like I am using this for hours on end. Overall just disappointed and wish I hadn’t purchased.

The great thing is being able to attach the Cordless Vacuum wall-holder to the pantry wall with supplied hardware; this supports the vacuum and all attachments in one place so they don’t clutter and get lost. The wall holder also has power connection ‘built in’ for really easy recharge, when hung back in the wall holder. The vacuum itself functions well so far with plenty of pick-up power (e.g., fallen needles from our Christmas tree) due to powered brush. At first I could not figure out how to dis-attach the dirt holder. One downside is inadequate instruction booklet with machine (but available on line). I downloaded the fuller manual from Bisselldiscount and that explained how to remove the dirt-holder, which once understood is simple. The inner ribs of said dirt-holder when emptied tend to retain dust residue, which I dislodged with a knife. This is a minor design flaw in my opinion, and a fuller instruction booklet should have been supplied. It is great that the stick can be removed easily with a click and replaced with a short small brush head for upholstery or car vacuum (also powered), crevice tools, etc., all conveniently stored on wall holder, so they don’t get lost. Definitely a good product – expensive but likely worth it.

I loved this vacuum for the first few months. But the charger became spotty at 6 months and then one year later, no longer works at all. The replacement is $40. I would have purchased a different vacuum for the $400 I will have into this one after just a year of ownership.

Bought this to replace an older Bisselldiscount model I really liked. The IConPet has great suction for cleaning next to baseboards and slim profile allows me to get clean under my couch and other furniture.
Disappointed to find the vacuum does not stand up on its own (which explains the need for the wall-hung charging unit). Have only used it once so far and was surprised/disappointed that the battery showed ~1/3 battery drain after ~10 minutes of usage. Will see how well the battery holds up with further use.
Overall, am pretty pleased with it so far.

This is the 5th Bissel product I have bought. It arrived very fast and in good condition. Easy to put together and use. The battery life is what held my review back. I have indoor cats with kitty litter trays. The vacuum works great on low for picking up fur and dust, but in order to get the kitty litter off my tiled floors I need to have it run at #2 or #3, and on the increased suction I only get maybe 15mins per charge. Cleaning and emptying are easy. I wish I had known it had such a short battery life in medium or high as this is primarily what I purchased it for. Still would recommend it though, just not for what I needed it.

Suction is great at first, must be on highest setting to actually vacuum the floor. Battery is less than 20 minutes and is only used on hardwood and tile. I had a cordless dyson previously which after 7 years needed a new battery and the head replaced and am wishing I had replaced those instead of purchasing this Bisselldiscount. The only feature I like that my current dyson does not have is the light on the head.

I really do like this vacuum. It was super easy to set up, easy to use and cleans well. The only two items I wish were better is the attachment with the crevice tool is way too short. It would be nice if it extended out to a much longer length. Also, while it cleans well, the standard roller head does not reach edge to edge enough. I have to switch to the handheld crevice tool to get close to my floor molding. Otherwise, it is a really nice vacuum with all the features I was looking for.

The IconPet turbo makes me want to vacuum. It’s incredibly powerful and easy to use. We have a couple rugs and vinyl planking in our home. We also have two dogs. Overall the unit and the attachments are quality made. The lights are extremely bright too. Absolutely worth the extra dollar. The battery lasts throughout the whole house. The canister is relatively easy to empty and clean with water which is a plus. I searched reviews for the perfect vacuum and found it. I highly recommend this vacuum

This is at best a handheld vacuum for your car!
The brush basically redistributes the debris from one spot to another on your floor/ carpet.
The wheels are designed in a way that makes it very difficult to maneuver on carpet, and it absolutely doesn’t run for 60 minutes after being fully charged.
It might not cost like other vacuums on the market, but it is not a good investment.
I’m very disappointed, because I got it after loving the carpet cleaner I got from Bisselldiscount!

Preferred use is for non-carpeted flooring b/c the suction is so strong that it is difficult for me to push/pulll on even a low pile area rug. Intention of purchase was to quickly & easily clean my large area of tile, hardwood & garage so I am very pleased with this stick vacuum’s performance. Easy to change attachments, empty dirt cup and charge, which by the way lasts a very long time! LED lighting on several attachments & tangle free brush roll on the main part is a “game changer”.
