The Little Green cordless may not be actually green but it is little, cordless and mighty. So far I’ve used it on our rugs (the thin washable kind), some carpet and I used it to clean a spot on our couch. It worked wonders on all three. It’s lightweight for its size, the water reservoir is decently sized and it’s not too loud either. I have to say I’m really enjoying this machine and with a cat, a dog and a kid in the house I think it’s going to get a lot of use.
This machine is super easy to set up and use too. It’s honestly as simple as adding the water and cleaning solution to the machine and turning it on. The Little Green Cordless is my new favorite household item and cleaning tool. I’ve used it almost every day since it arrived from Stellar Product Testing. In the past week, my dog puked on my dining room rug – Little Green saved the day. My daughter got pizza sauce all over our velvet Room & Board chair – cleaned up in seconds. Her diaper leaked allllll over our linen couch – Little Green to the rescue! And those are just the everyday messes. I thought I’d put it to the test on long-time stains we had on our rugs and carpeted bedrooms. I previously had the corded version – this one is so much lighter and less cumbersome. So much easier to use. Set up was super easy and minimal.
Tip: I like to fill it with HOT water before I use it. I’m not sure if it makes a difference, but I feel like it helps get the stains / messes out better. (Obviously only do this if you’re confident it won’t mess up your fabric color/surface.)
Bottom line – this is EASY to use and WORKS really well. I got quotes to have my carpets and rugs and upholstery cleaned and it was thousands of dollars for everything. The Little Green saved me so so much money.

I had the ‘opportunity’ to test how well this worked when my dog got #2 sick in a few spots on carpet.
After cleaning as much up with paper towels as possible I was surprised how simple & fast it was to get the machine going. Add a little cleaner specific soap (it comes with a trial size that lasts more than one use) & water using the guidelines, snap the tank back on & it’s ready to go. There are only 2 buttons on the top to operate & a trigger on the brush head that shoots out the soapy water mixture. It took a few minutes on each spot to get it clean. All the dirty water goes into a separate tank from the fresh soapy water. It’s much faster, easier & less messy than the manual alternative. The battery easily lasted through the 5-6 spots I used it on, on high power, probably about 30 minutes of total runtime. It was also easy to clean after using it.
Cons: the bristles are stiff & can leave little pulls in the carpet, the machine is a little loud, & you need to remember to charge it. This is both a pro & a con as it doesn’t need the cord which could get in the way & dragged through mess, but if you forgot to charge it after last time, you’ll have to wait a few hours which probably isn’t ideal with any messes you’d need this for.
Overall, this was a great little cleaner that you may not need often, but will be HUGELY useful when you do.

First impression was that it does a pretty good job for being cordless. The suction isn’t as powerful as a plug in cleaner, but if you hover over it long enough most of the water comes back out.
We get about 45 to 60 mins of use before the battery runs out. Gotta make sure it’s pre charged before you need it, it doesn’t turn on while it’s charging.
It’s pretty quiet when sitting on the ground. If you’re lifting it up, you can hear the fan significantly more.
My kids like to help clean up messes now, they get to use the sprayer and then scrub/suction to their hearts desire.

I really liked the convenience of the little green cordless. I used it mostly for kid stains and pet stains and it did a great job powering through them. I found that the machine did lose its battery within about 20 minutes or so with the high power suction. The super convenient part was the machine cleaning attachment. The Little Green Cordless has been a lifesaver in my home!! With pets and little ones, there are always spills and dirt in the carpet and furniture. This has made life so much easier with its powerful suction to remove all dirt, leaving my upholstery and carpet super clean, like new!! It has easily removed old and new stains effortlessly.
