I have purchased this product multiple times to clean up accidents made by my West Highland terrier. It does a great job with odors and stains. However, on at least three separate occasions the sprayer has malfunctioned well before the product is gone. I can get it restarted using warm water, but put it back in the bottle and it stops again. I use this product all the time for quick and easy messes, especially fur ball throw-ups. Pick up or grab the mess with a paper towel then spray that spot on the carpet with PET PRO OXY Stain Destroyer. Take another paper towel, wet the paper towel and rub over the spot making sure the area is clean of debris. Within a few minutes, the spot is gone and in less than 20 minutes the carpet this dried.
