I use all BISSELL products in my rugs! I always have and always will have a German Shepard so sometimes there are messes to clean up. Especially when they’re very young or getting older! We have a BISSELL rug shampooer, a BISSELL spot cleaner and all BISSELL cleaning products. This is a new one for me, it squirts a fine line of cleaner from the top and then I run it a little and blot it up =no more spot, smell it stain!
We also use the all surface cleaner in our machines. We wouldn’t use anything else! Thank you BISSELL.

The design of the bottle and scrubber is difficult to use. The bottle requires a lot of hard squeezing to get a very small stream. I have small hands and some joint stiffness and it’s almost impossible to squeeze the bottle hard enough to get enough solution, and sometimes I get no solution at all. The solution works well, but for larger or more liquid stains, you need to use more solution and this product as packaged is not practical for that use.

This product is AMAZING. When I tell you that it’s the ONLY product that get cat pee scent out of anything, I mean it. We have tried SOOOOOO many products that did not work, but I swear to you that this one does. Put it on the area, rub it in, then wipe or get excess off with a dry cleaning cloth. NO MORE CAT PEE SMELL!!! Trust me on this one! It has a fairly mild scent to it. It kind of just smells a little like scent free laundry soap with a little bit of a chemical smell to it, but after you put it on the area, it has a nice fresh smell.
