I have gave this vacuum a try for 2 years. Never ever works. Doesn’t suction the liquid so I’m left with soaking wet couch, the brush just spins but doesn’t scrub. You’re basically buying this product to hear the vacuum sound and watch the brush spin and do absolutely nothing. I think 2 years is enough time to give a real review of this product. It’s TRASH don’t buy. Save yourself the money and the headache

Only used a few times… really not a fan. I tried it in the car and not great for seats; the surface area of the part that touches the seat is too wide but too narrow at the same time it doesn’t get into the creases of a seat unlike the little green machine which I really wanted but couldn’t afford it at the time. And the suction to get the water/cleaning solution back up well just sucks… my seats were still soaked and I barely used any solution…

I used it in the beginning and even charged it once. I found it to be a great product. But having only used it 3 times it should be working. It read on bar and ran for one minute and it died. No problem just charge it up again. I have had it on charger 1.5 days and nothing. No bars at all. I thought I Needed another charger so I purchased one. Charging 2.5 days and nothing. The charger is in properly. I have moved it from one plug location to another. Still nothing. So what now? Do I have to buy a whole new unit again? Doesn’t seem fair.

I have got 2 petstaineraser and they worked well. The only problems we have had was the on off buttons have failed from time to time. We also have the sprayer works all the time on our first one. This is the reason we got our second petstaineraser. The on off button is a ongoing problem.

I have had this 1-2 years. It is built well, runs well, but that is the extent of it. In the few times I have used it, most of the cleaning solution remains in the carpet/rug/fabric/whatever you spray it on. I can put 2-3 ounces in the tank, and suck up only a teaspoon. The carpet/rug is left saturated. And that’s with really pushing it down to try and suck up the cleaning liquid. I assure you I am operating it correctly. I have seen this complaint many times, and it is very true.
