This spot cleaner is pretty fantastic, which is a feat in itself, as most lack in one way or another. Firstly, I love the portability and easy-to-handle design. Many cleaners are so bulky that using them is more work and less results. Other handheld units are not technically portable, and are connected to a cord. This Bisselldiscount Pet Stain Eraser is not only cordless, but ergonomically designed for easy, non-strenuous use. Secondly, the unit does a great job spot cleaning pet and kid messes. We’ve went a step further and used it to clean an entire microfiber couch. The wetvac reservoir is the easiest to rinse clean that I have ever encountered. I love that no extra water is required to mix the formula, which is ready to pour directly into the unit. Lastly, the unit charges fairly quickly. We were able to charge it for approximately 15 minutes to get enough time to emergently spot clean 4 carpet areas before needing to charge again. The reason I have deducted one star is because the unit does loose battery quite quickly when fully charged. I let it charge overnight and only got about 10 minutes of continued use. So it would appear that it gets longer life on a shorter charge (design flaw?). This is the only flaw we have found with the unit thus far.
