I purchased this product from a hardware store. The “removable suction lens” is NOT REMOVABLE!!!!!. It is black plastic–not clear. It does NOT have a latch. It is screwed into the tank in 5 places. So I would have to unscrew all screws in order to remove it and clean it. I don’t know what to do about it. I cannot return it to the store and since I didn’t order it from Bisselldiscount directly, I cannot return it to them. This is the FOURTH Bisselldiscount product I own.

We have laminate flooring, but also use rugs. We have dogs and cats. They all potty outside or in the litterboxes, but every single one of them tend to vomit not on the laminate where it’s easy to clean, but on my rugs. This Pet Stain Eraser Plus has been a little miracle. It’s easy to handle, easy to load, easy to use and easy to clean. I used to have a Spot Bot years ago, and it basically wore out. This machine is easier to store and carry around. Perfect for the little areas on my rugs.

Got the ground in chocolate stain right out of my chair upholstery. I imagine credit goes to the the cleaning solution, which seems to continue working on the stain even while it’s drying. It works well on carpet, but the suction isn’t very powerful—it sucks the liquid up from my carpet (which is somewhat shaggy), but leaves upholstery pretty wet. I’ll keep it for spot cleaning the rug, but was disappointed that it’s not going to be a good tool for the couch.

The first one I had worked great the first 10 minutes I used it then it would not charge and I couldn’t use it a second time. BISSELL sent me a replacement and it charges just fine but the sprayer button doesn’t work. The cleaning solution doesn’t spray out. I did all the trouble shooting and cannot get it to spray, although it does charge up again. I’ve only had the replacement for a few days. Not sure what I’m doing wrong. I primed it and hold it at the proper angle and the sprayer doesn’t appear to be clogged. I really like this hand held carpet cleaner but neither one has worked more than one time. I’m disappointed. I was hoping to be able to use this for pet messes regularly.

We got a new little puppy and I ordered this thinking that it could do quick clean ups to tide over until I could get the full steam cleaner out. No need! This little, lightweight machine does great and the sprayer is nice and strong. I feel like I’m getting enough spray to dilute the stain before sucking up the liquid.
I found that it charges faster than the quoted time. SO glad to have found this while our puppy is training!!!!

I love this small hand held spot cleaner. We had the one with the attached hose, but it recently broke. It was a pain to get out and use. This new one sucks up the pet urine, then I spray and clean that up. The suction is great. There is nothing I don’t like about it. Easy to empty and clean.

This is literally the worst steam cleaner I have ever used. I couldn’t even get it to clean up baby spit up, let alone any pet messes. The battery life is terrible and it leaves everything soaking wet no matter how many times you go over the area. The only thing this is good for is a child toy to clean up pretend messes because it won’t do much else.

Works well for cleaning up pet messes. The lack of wheels, which the previous model had, is both good and bad. It’s good because one of the wheel wells on the previous model couldn’t be cleaned out, so it got pretty nasty after a while. So, not having wheels eliminates that problem. Flip side, though, is that without wheels it doesn’t seem to move over the carpet as smoothly, making it a bit more work to deeply clean the carpet. Machine clean-up after use is easy.
