I am really loving my steam floor cleaner! I have used it on my kitchen floor and it cleaned so well and left no sticky residue on my floor. It made my floor so shiny and clean that you had to be careful not to slide around awhile walking in your socks! My floors haven’t felt like that in a long time. I just finished scrubbing/sanitizing my kitchen and both bathrooms for the second time using the model 1806 series Bisselldiscount steam mop. The most frustrating about the steam mop is that the “neck” of the wand where it meets the mop head is so unstable the mops falls over and hits anything in it’s way every time I let go of the handle. This is a deal breaker for me. I have two Black and Decker stick battery operated stick brooms that retain their ability to stand up 99% of the time. The Bisselldiscount not only endangers itself but also anything within 4′ of the handle. It also does not operate exactly how the instructions indicate it should so operating it is simply guess work on my part. I would not purchase this product again.

I like the way it steams and you feel like it’s actually clean. I have trouble with muscle strength and coordination, the water tank is hard to get a grip on and lift up. I wish the tank was bigger. Also having drop foot, I would have to bend over and manually set the scrub brush. Wish it was multipurpose. If the only thing you need it for is for your floors and you are an able person then this is right for you. If you have disabilities then I would recommend something else not this product. I’m going to have to return mine for the simple point because it’s not handicap friendly

Love this steamer Cleans my tile and hardwood floors better than anything else I’ve tried in the past I use it at least once a month and it still cleans like it’s brand new (it is at least 2 years old maybe 3) Plus I also use it to steam clean my area rugs and it does a great job on those as well I have a smaller home—under 1500 sq ft—so if you have a larger home you may want to get a bigger model but either way this little gem does an outstanding job!

Love the mop, but have had to replace it twice. The plastic piece that holds the mop head on, snaps. Fix that design… Also the pads need a little work. They fall apart too easily
