The updated steamer is amazing and so versatile, perfect option to get away from cleaning with chemicals. I’m able to clean everything with this now!

Too heavy to use. After a couple of months it stopped. I finally looked in the book the only thing it says is shake the pod to let the two reach the water level. Hello what does that mean? I got a hold of the tube and the little round thing is all corroded, although I was using distilled water, but it still is corroded I have tried to clean it, but it floats around in the water. I don’t know if that’s the way it’s supposed to be or not how about a better troubleshooting guide

I bought this mostly to clean my bathroom but I don’t find myself reaching for it very often due to a few issues.
1. The attachments love to fall off. They swap by rotation and by just using the tool like normal, the attachments naturally rotate and fall off the machine.
2. The steam isn’t pressurized. I didn’t realized that this would make such a big difference but because the steam isn’t forced from the machine, it’s not at powerful to “pressure wash” away grime. You really have to scrub at it which is an issue because the attachments fall off.
3. It’s quite cumbersome. This version doesn’t have a flexible hose so you need to lift the entire machine in awkward positions to get in tight spaces. The machine itself is light enough, but not comfortable to hold in the air for several minutes. You also have to continually pull the trigger to get steam.
Overall, it works as advertised but there are several design flaws that would prevent me from recommending this to a friend.

I really like the results cleaning with steam but bc the device that produces the steam is what you hold on to and manage steam is so heavy I am reluctant to use it as often as I might have.

I love this new steam cleaner! I have puppies and when they have accidents in the house, it is easy to sanitize after cleaning. #sweepstakes

I know I gave it four stars, but it is just what I needed to clean the shower and the floor. My only complaint is having to hold the button the whole time I am steaming. I know why it is designed that way, but if you have weak arthritic hands, it becomes a real chore to keep it pushed up. I will have to find a solution. But all in all a great machine.

It took me 3 times longer to do floors or bathroom etc. The steam is not continuous. It provides seconds of powerful steam and then none. I would have to stand and wait for these bursts to do a deep cleaning and it was very frustrating! I eventually threw it away.

The quality is very good. The steam mop is sort of noisy and doesn’t produce a lot of steam so it is not as effective as I had hoped. The attachments provided will clean just about anything. The best job it did was removing grease from the inside of the oven window.

Purchased this to replace my power shot steamer. I love this! Easy to use and all the attachments are so helpful!

Heats up quickly and cleans well but you have to hold the trigger the entire time and it starts to hurt your hand. The trigger should be able to be locked in position. Also there’s no way yo wrap up the cord nicely. And there only a pause button, no on/off so you have to unplug to stop.

i have the orange version purchased in early 2024. used 3 times as a handheld steamer and twice as a mop and no longer produces steam. total junk. unfortunately its probably passed the warranty.

I originally had the Bisselldiscount handheld steamer, but recently upgraded to this 3 in 1. It was easy to set up and get steaming! My only wish is that the trigger were a little easier to push. My hand got a little tired after holding it for long enough to clean a few rooms with hard floors. Still a great product! #sweepstakes

Marble countertops anyone? You know what I’m talking about. From floor to nooks and crannies. A bit heavy to hold but a powerful tool. Wish I discovered this sooner. Tip: use your foot for extra pressure when removing hard stains while cleaning floor.

Weekly and may have never been cleaner! I was shocked how much my old steam mop didn’t get all the dirt

I purchased the Bisselldiscount Steam Mop with high hopes, especially given the brand’s reputation for quality cleaning products. I only used it around once every few months—just on a quarterly basis—so it wasn’t overworked. However, after about a year of occasional use, I began to notice issues.
First, it started leaking water. At first, I thought it might be a simple issue with the water tank, but soon it became clear that the leak was coming from the body of the unit itself. The mop began dripping water all over the floor, which made it unusable for cleaning.
I expected better durability from a product at this price point. The occasional use should not have caused this kind of wear and tear. While it did clean effectively when it was working, the fact that it started leaking after such light use is incredibly disappointing. Given its price and the relatively low usage, I expected more longevity and reliability.
Overall, I can’t recommend the Bisselldiscount Steam Mop based on my experience. If you’re looking for a product that will last beyond a year, you might want to consider other options.

So far so good! I’ve only had it a few weeks. The hand held is powerful and the mop does a great job.
My only complaint is the fact that one must hold the level down the entire time you are using it. This was not thought out. The moment you let up, even a little, it stops dead. Hence the 4 instead of 5 stars. Still love it and REALLY LOVE that a portion of the proceeds is given to animal rescue 🐾

Like this, my only comment is the handheld does not have the long ( 4″ MOL ) that I used all the time.

I love my PowerFresh Sanitizing steam mop. I use it for a large variety of tasks. I have used my steamer to clean my window seals, showers, oven, floor, stairs, and almost anything that can use a good steaming. I have dogs that occassionally slobber and will get caked on their floor mats and the scrubbing steam mop helps me make easy work of cleaning up after my pets. I love my steam mop and will always have one for my home.

I did some research prior to this purchase to figure out what would be the best steam cleaner. I live in a house with 3 other people and 3 cats. So I need some serious heft behind whatever cleaning tools I’m using. After doing some comparison, I finally landed on this mop.
Pros:
– Works CRAZY well on tough stains. I was able to scrub off serious soap scum in the tub almost instantly.
– Lots of attachments for getting into tiny nook and crannies.
– Replacement attachments are available
– The recommended cleaning solution smells super good
Cons:
– When scrubbing tough stains or even mopping tough stains on the floor, you have to put some elbow grease into it. It WILL get the stain removed, but for really bad stains, I basically have keep the mop over the stain and hold down the steam button for a good 30 seconds.
– (Related) It’s not great for cleaning wide areas. For example, that soap scum in the bathroom? Because the scrub brush attachment is so small, I was basically scrubbing 1 square inch at a time. There is an attachment for cleaning wider swathes with the handheld attachment, but that’s not super helpful when dealing with tough stains. Your hand will probably be hurting by the end of your cleaning because of constantly holding the steam button.
– The cleaning solution, while great smelling, gets used up super quickly. I filled the tank all the way up and by the time I finished cleaning my kitchen floors and counters (which are not large), the tank was half empty. Part of that was having to keep my finger on the button basically the whole time between tough stains and getting enough moisture on the floor to effectively mop, but it makes me think twice about using the recommended solution if I’m going to tear through it.
Overall, it’s still a super good product, but I may look to get a second mop that’s better for broader, less deep cleaning.

We use this product on Kitchen and Bathroom floor tiles, as well as to clean laminate flooring.
We like the fact that no bending over or getting down on your knees to clean. Also was surprised how much dirt was on the mop head after doing the entire floor. The steam really works, not leaving the floor saturated. Just a film which gets evaporated by a floor fan we use.
Be careful changing out the mop head with another attachment after you have been using it. Best to let it cool down a bit.

Been using it to clean grout and shower pan. The steamer attachments work well in tight spaces.

The product works fine until it doesn’t and you won’t get a replacement

I love the design and the ability to refill the tank without waiting for it to cool down. However, the steam output is not consistent. It only has a small burst of powerful steam. For the most part I can put my had in front of the steam and not have it hurt my hand.

Easy to fill. Converts from floor to handheld. Two different type of pads. Attachments on on handle so they are convenient. I don’t have any negative reviews. I bought this mop to replace my recalled steam shot. Am very happy with this purchase

I have owned several Bisselldiscount products from Crosswaves to Steam mops, but man I’ve got to learn my lesson and stop wasting my money with this brand. This thing preforms nothing like what you see in the demo video. It may as well be a squirt gun. I would say out of an hour using it, 50 minutes are wasted doing nothing, the other 10 you kinda have steam. It blows about as hard as my 93 yr old grandmother when shes blowing out her candles. If you want something that spits out water and kinda maybe a little bit of steam, go with this.

This is the replacement 2075A. Steam is very like warm coming out of the spout. First use getting it out of the box. I can put my hand in front of steam I’m sure it’s not killing any germs etc, giving mites a facial

This machine is small but mighty. I used it to clean floorboards, seems, deep clean the bathroom walls and ceilings of moisture mildew. It worked very well and did the job. It came with a bunch of attachments, but none of them really worked well for the bathtub. Literally my only gripe. I thought the spray of steam would be stronger, but strength isn’t necessary because it worked well regardless.

I bought the Powerfresh Slim Steam Mop 2075 Series back on March 9, 2019. I tried to use it for a few months but it’s been in my cleaning product closet for most of the time – about 4 1/2 years. I finally told my husband I was going to throw it because it was a piece of junk. He took it and checked it out and said the steam comes out but as soon as you put the mop head on, you can’t hear the steam unless you lift it up. I had an Oreck prior to this and I could always hear the steam but when it finally quit working, I thought I’d try Bisselldiscount. After my husband blew air and water out of it, I tried it again today and I’m still not pleased. The floor gets damp and the mop head wipes up any dirt but it certainly does not feel sanitized or really clean. Lesson learned – no more Bisselldiscount products at my house!

When just using it as a handheld, it works very well. But once you attach the pole to use as a mop is leaks like crazy. Luckily the water that leaks out is not hot so it is still usable but I would not purchase again.
