I loved this vacuum! I have two rugs in my house that I had used it on about a dozen times and it was so effective in getting up all the crud that I couldn’t even see! It was especially helpful after pet accidents but even routine cleaning, I loved it! However after about 6 uses, it stopped working and it won’t suction. Tried all the problem solving steps and it still won’t work. Not with the money for the minimal uses.

I have had this for 4 years but have only used it a doyen times and when I pull the trigger to release cleaner fluid it continues to release the fluid even after I release the trigger. I have to remive the bin from the machine to stop it from releasing the cleaner fluid. One day when I stopped the machine to dump the dirty water I came back to find that the fluid had ran out of the cleaner bin and soaked my carpet. Even if I would have used this more than a doyen time itvdoesnt seem that it would be not working after 4 years of use. Until that time I had no complaints about the machine. Very disappointed that it is not working anymore.

I’ve to had use two machine. The new one to release the water and solution and my old one that stopped dispensing water after many years of use but I currently use to soak up the dirt and water after using my new one.
This is way too much work but with dogs we all know the carpets or rugs need to be cleaned from time to time.

I bought this brand new. Wow, what a huge disappointment. The upholstery attachment doesn’t suck up any water at all. I had to put towels on my couch for two days. Do not buy this. You will regret it tremendously. I don’t know what design changes were made, but this is a scam product. Now I have to save up again to buy another brand. I’ll never purchase any Bisselldiscount brand products ever again. As soon as the spin mop arrives that I ordered before I used this steam cleaner, I’m slapping the return label on it and paying the shipping to return it. Absolute garbage.
