Only had it for 2 months. Will not turn on even though it is fully charged. I tried troubleshooting it but it still doesn’t work. It didn’t work for my floors either. I have hardwood floors and it left my floors looking dull. I used the recommended cleaner. You can also see the spin marks once the floor dries.

This is a great machine! I have a back injury so vacuuming & mopping are difficult for me. I needed a lightweight mop that didn’t require me to push and pull back and forth. This was perfect for me. It propels itself so I just have to point it in the direction and hang on. The only thing I would change is adding a longer cord. I did purchase additional pads so I could change them out in each room; otherwise, you’re just pushing dirt around. I’ve had mine for a year and no issues.

I have many Bissel products that I love, but i purchased this mop about 8 months ago it worked great first 6months. Now last 2 months it just has been getting worse and worse. I charge it fully and when I take it off to use it spins so slow and sounds like it’s dying. We checked everything and cleaned everything and absolutely no change for the better. I wish Bissel would stand behind their products better. Very disappointing.

I have 2 dogs and do a lot of home pet sitting; I purchased this item because it was rechargeable and allowed me to clean my home without the worry of tripping over the cord, or having one of the dogs trip and pull it out of the socket. I charged it and when I use it, it doesn’t carry enough of a charge to allow me to clean my kitchen floor, which is not large by any means.
I do love the washable pads, the stand it came with and the low profile, but I wish Bisselldiscount could find a battery supplier that will fit their needs while allowing for longer usage (think power tools).

Absolutely LOVE this mop. I have two; plugin and battery so I am ready for true mopping or a quick cleanup. Four stars because the battery life is short and it would be GREAT to have a charging station rather than a cord. I do have lots of pads so I change the pad after each room. I love this mop for many reasons. It’s light weight, it is cordless, it is easy to operate, it is practically mopping itself without many efforts from my side. My Spinwave 2315 is leaking cleaning product on the floor. I purchased it a couple of years ago, but only have used it maybe a dozen times. I sure expected it to last longer. It must be a known problem because there’s a video on what to do when it happens. I was able to purchase a new cap for the water tank, so we’ll see if that works and for how long. To top it off, I have an older Bisselldiscount Symphony steam and vacuum combo unit that broke in the same week. I do admit, when it was working correctly, I thought it worked well.

I received my SpinWave as a gift, and I can’t believe how much easier it makes mopping! I wish I’d bought one years ago. It does a great job with routine mopping and is very easy to use. It just glides along the floor and the spinning pads do the work.
It’s very simple which is what I like. No dirty water tank to empty and nothing to clean in the mopper; just toss the pads into the washer. It’s also easy to control how wet to make the floor.
I was given the cordless model because I don’t have a lot of hard surface floors. For most people, the corded version might be better, as the cordless one runs for about 20 minutes on a charge. But that’s enough for my floors.
The givers love their corded SpinWave (they have lots of hardwood), and I’ve now recommended one and that person loves hers, too. The SpinWaves are great work-savers.
