Although the product is useful I would not go all out on a review like others have. unit works ok but the suction isnt that strong as some have said. It does the job alright but not as I had hoped. Also Bisselldiscount had on their website that this came with a power brush tool and it did not, so Im a bit sore about the false advertisement. Once I got my package only 3 tools were in there. I figured this would get the stains and such out easily, ha no way it took many goings over the fabric to remove the stains and then after there was water stains on the fabric so I went over it again we will see if they came out tomorrow when I check. Also the tools seem a bit flimsy. I get that everyone has gone plastic, but please use high grade or thicker sturdier plastic.

The product does an amazing job—it’s powerful, easy to use, and comes with versatile attachments that make cleaning a breeze. I particularly love how well it tackles tough stains, and the extra tools are a great bonus for handling different surfaces. Cleaning the unit itself after use is straightforward and convenient, which makes the overall experience hassle-free.
However, I have concerns about its durability. After just under two years of light, normal use, the hose split near the attachment base, rendering it unusable. I followed all the recommended cleaning and maintenance instructions to keep the unit in good shape, so this was a disappointing development, especially for a product in this price range. For something marketed as a high-quality cleaning device, I expected better longevity.
This product is still within the two-year warranty period, so I’ll be reaching out to the manufacturer for support. While the cleaner performs well and is incredibly useful for pet owners, its design could benefit from more rigorous stress testing. I’d recommend this product with caution, as it’s effective but might not hold up to long-term use.

Iv had the spot clean pet pro portable carpet cleaner for a year and heres what I have a hard time with. I spend the whole time on my knees when Im using it and im finding that gross at times when im cleaning up bigger dog messes. I spend more time cleaning out the unit than using. The hose collects smells, so I flush it before and after use which also means emptying and filling the tanks. The hand tools get hair trapped up in it that i cant get it out and that doesnt make it into the hose. This collects smells too. I feel like it could be more powerful on suction as well.

Love, love, love this Pet pro Portable carpet cleaner. I have owned several other brands small handheld carpet cleaner, worked but never clean totally cleaned the mess, were not strong enough to get rid of stain/spot and always had a smell after you cleaned it out the machine. This Spotclean Pet Pro Portable Carpet cleaner is great , easy to use and take anywhere in the house. The stain trapper attachment is the greatest, keeps the stuff you suck up in that attachment and doesn’t got into machine. Which is great for cleaning pet stains, have 2 cats one has stomach issues and vomits often,this attachment is what sold me on trying this carpet cleaner. Glad I did, just have to clean and empty attachment, that stinky mess doesn’t go through the machine. I was bought this machine when it went on sale, was not given it for a review. So far one of the best purchases I made in a while.

The machine itself is great performance wise. But the hose neck needs to be stronger. Bought my first one a couple years back, and the neck snapped 14 months. Fortunately it was under warranty, so Bisselldiscount replaced it as the nearest repair shops were too far away. And then today, same thing happened to the replacement, which is likely not under warranty as it was a replacement. Frustrating and disappointing.
And like everything else, they’ve gone up in price.

I am reviewing this not just for the #sweepstakes but also because it is an excellent carpet cleaner that I use nearly daily. It is loud but the most powerful portable vac I have ever had. Previously i had a little green machine and then a little green pro heat and this one blows both of those two out of the water.
This is powerful enough to get every stain, and the stain trapper tool helps keep the hose clean by getting most of the pet mistakes up before i switch to the carpet tool to soap and get the rest of the mess cleaned.

No longer do i have to drain the tank completely to get the pet urine out, instead it is all mostly trapped in the stain trapper attachment that comes with this. A total game changer. Just used the Spot Pro Pet on droppings from my very old but especially well loved Zeus. I have been using Bisselldiscount machines for many years (still have and use their Green Machine).
