We’ve used Woolite pet stain remover for years. What a surprise when this lifted the color from the carpet. 99.5% of the ingredients are listed as “other.” Not very informative or indicative that it would bleach out color.

Why would a product named “Woolite” produce “Advanced pet stain & oder remover + sanitize, for carpet and upholstery, HIDE the fact that it cannot be used on WOOL carpets? It would make sense not to hide this on the back of the bottle in the fine print, but to put it on the front where a reasonable customer can determine that this product is not what one needs?

Did not work that well at all. I used it on my cloth couch to remove some stains from my dogs and it barely touched them. The couch is dark grey so I tested it before using and it did not remove the color.
