I want to start off by saying I never take the time to write reviews. Anyways my parents had gone out on a trip for the weekend and left the house to me. Well my girlfriend and I were eating spicy chips on the living room WHITE couch. In the morning I noticed a red finger stain on the couch. My heart literally sank, I ran to the grocery store looking for shout to remove the stain. I wasn’t able to find it and I found this! Why is it that the bottle does not spray when pointed downward, where the stains are, but sprays just fine when pointed straight ahead or even upward? Do dogs routinely pee on the ceiling in the Woolite R&D labs? Do cats vomit on walls there? Why would I continue to buy a product that requires a whole new bottle to be useful? The liquid itself is great, but that doesn’t matter much when the bottle is shot. I’ve been buying Woolite pet sprays for YEARS, but this has been a problem for two bottles in a row, and frankly, I don’t need the additional frustration when I’m already frustrated with the dog pee and/or cat vomit.
