Like the product but the squirt bottle broke after the 1st use. Top, spray nozzle, detached from the bottle. Tonight, the spray nozzle broke completely from the base. Now, in order to continue to use the remaining Woolite free & clear, i have to buy a squirt bottle. As I said, I like the results that the Woolite free & clear provide, however, the packaging was a disappointment.
P.S. I have a Bissel vacuum cleaner and I love it. Plus, both my dog and my cat are rescues and I love them. Keep up the good work!!

Having kids and teenagers in the house, we have a lot of stains! These stains can be difficult to get out. I was excited to try Woolite pet stain and odor remover. I decided to test it on our ottoman. Pets and kids have made it filthy. I sprayed half of it with this stain remover to compare. It’s kind of hard to see in the photo, but one side does look a little lighter and cleaner, but it did not completely remove the stains, even after spraying them a second time. These were stains that were set in though, not fresh. I will try it again on new stains, but I was definitely disappointed that this didn’t do a better job. I did like that it didn’t have a harsh scent to it, I couldn’t smell anything at all when spraying it.
