I am baffled by the total lack of thought put into the cap design. The tiny thin stream makes tiny thread like patterns on the pet stain, which the scrubber is then unable to scrub away. Great. The pet stain, still there, will now be decorated with a lighter thread pattern. A sprayer head would work much better. Your container designer was asleep at the wheel.
While you are redesigning it, how about considering eco friendly container materials for all your products

I would recommend the seal on the top have a bigger tab to open the bottle. Also, I would switch the location of the brush and the cleaner tube. Why ? On a short pile carpet the nozzle gets in the way.
I still believe the best way to remove stains is to use a bowl of hot water with a drop dish soap, soak the area and using paper towels gently remove the stain from the rug. Then use Bisselldiscount one shot , let dry and vacuum. works every time.

I use these products along with BISSELL products for my big machine. If you have light colored carpets, you need to use both together because no matter how good your vacuum, light carpets do get dirty just from dust in the air settling and everyday foot traffic even if you don’t wear shoes. The spot treatments pull out so much dirt that you can see spot treatments even on what you think is a clean carpet. On my darker carpets, you can’t see a difference. Either way, you get a great clean without smelling like you used chemicals. I will never use anything else on my carpets and I even use my regular shampoo machine on my hard floors to pick up dirty water rather than push it around with a mop. Whether on carpet or hard floors, you get a clean like no other. Water goes down and sucks all the dirty water away. No more soggy footprints or smells in my house!
