I’m a cleaner and love this vacuum for hard floors. It has great suction, and is pretty light as far as canister vacuums are concerned. They’re pretty durable. I do tend to abuse them quite a bit, and they hold up great. I do have two of these vacuums….gotta have the backup, just in case. The only draw back is the brush feature on the head of the vacuum. I have bought a few of the heads and they all seem to “trip” back to the hard floor setting. But all-in-all, I love it and you can’t beat the price!

is cheap and flimsy! As others have mentioned the metal pipe and hose area seperates all the time… theres no where to put the brush tool
the floor tool has a cheapie rubbery thing that
folds upon itself when moving forward or back
across the surface, the power button needs to be pushed more than once in a very specific
place to turn on or off…. The cord recoil button same and cord barely retreats into unit….The handle to lift the vacuum is very soft
and bends upon picking up…. I cant understand how they reversed engineered this to be so aweful and cheap instead of improving on past great vacuums….Box came with 2 bags, one inside vacuum and inside the box…The only pro
is the suction is great, which causes the floor tool attached to the pipe to seperate and causing the pipe and hose to seperate……. I feel ripped off on this purchase
and bissell should be ashamed of itself for selling such poor quality JUNK!
